Do I need equipment?
No, but a set of adjustable dumbbells would be fantastic. Clients who see the most success tend to have a set of dumbbells and a bench.
How long are the sessions?
Each session typically lasts about 60 minutes. However, workouts can be fitted for 45 minutes if you run a tight schedule.
What training packages do you offer?
I offer two types of packages. Monthly or 3 months paid in full.
Do you offer weight loss plans?
I offer nutrition & accountability coaching. Instead of giving you an unrealistic, strict diet, I focus on creating sustainable habits that fit into your lifestyle.
Can I train with a friend?
Absolutely! We offer partner training sessions designed for friends or couples to work out together, making the sessions more fun and motivating.
