My wife and I cannot say enough about Herman. We started working with him over a year ago to both get in shape for our 40th birthday. His training routine put us in into the best shape we had been in since college. Herman was extremely thoughtful and custom with his workout programs for me and my wife to fit our body types, strengths and weaknesses and meet our goals. Herman is also fun and exciting to work with as he brings energy and new ideas to each workout making it something we actually looked forward to instead of looking at working out like a task. Herman is also very professional, on time and has never once canceled a schedule workout on us.
